黃文森
WOHA 创办人兼总监

黄文森为新加坡著名设计公司WOHA的创办人之一,该公司拥有各方的设计人才,以配合其一站式的环境设计服务,包括城市规划、建筑、景观美化、室内、灯饰及家具方面的设计工作。

WOHA在亚洲区内的设计项目多不胜数,足迹遍及新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、印度尼西亚、澳洲、日本以至中国。其设计项目性质涵盖商业、住宅、酒店、交通工具、大型基建、展览、教育中心、宗教、多用途及室内等设计项目。WOHA在业内的地位超卓,吸引多个国际媒体作报导,包括著名建筑刊物10x10_2》,此刊专为介绍由世界十大评论家挑选出来,当今全球最炙手可热的设计师。
WOHA曾夺得无数业界设计奖项,包括「2008 Emporis Silver Award for Highrise」、「2007 Aga Khan Award for Architecture」、「2007 MIPIM AR Future Project Awards」、「2006 Royal Australian Institute of Architects International Award」、「2006 AR Awards for Emerging Architecture」、「2006 The Chicago Anthenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design Award」、「Asian Habitat Award」 以及2005/2006年度由ARCAsia颁发的「整体表现奖」。

WOHA积极参与多个专业及教育活动,黄氏与另一位创办人均出任多个新加坡公共事务委员会及议会的成员,并于多间大学任教及负责评核考试。此外,WOHA亦不时举办与建筑及设计相关的画展等文化活动,大力宣扬设计及文化。

此外,黄氏亦曾担任多个公职事务,包括新加坡Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) 的董事局成员(1999-2005);位于新加坡市中心滨海湾的Waterfront项目国际设计顾问委员;多个新加坡地区发展
项目的设计顾问团成员,包括Marina Barrage、 New Clifford Pier、Orchard Turn、Somerset及Somerset Central;优化Orchard Mall的顾问服务;位于滨海湾的Integrated Resort;Overseas Union House的重建计划建议;位于Collyer Quay的 Change Alley Aerial Plaza ,以及多个位于滨海湾的未来发展项目。

黄氏自2005年起便成为新加坡地产发展协会REDAS的荣誉顾问(建筑)。而2003至2005年期间,亦曾担任新加坡国立大学设计与环境学院建筑系的校外评卷员。

Wong Mun-summ
Founding Director
WOHA

Wong Mun-summ is a co-founding director of WOHA, a regional design practise based in Singapore. With a mix of designers from diverse backgrounds, its purpose is to create integrated design for the built environment, encompassing masterplanning, architectural, landscape, interior and lighting and furniture design.

The company has extensive experience in a wide range of projects around the Asia Pacific region, including in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Japan and China. Past and current projects include commercial, residential, hospitality, transport, infrastructure, exhibitions, institutional, religious, mixed-use and interior projects. WOHA has been featured in many international publications including 10x10_2, the book which presents the world’s emerging architects who are selected by 10 international critics.

WOHA has also received numerous international awards for excellence in design including the 2008 Emporis Silver Award for highrise, the 2007 Aga Khan Award for Architecture, the 2007 MIPIM AR Future Project Awards, the 2006 Royal Australian Institute of Architects International Award, the 2006 AR Awards for Emerging Architecture 2006, The Chicago Anthenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design award, Asian Habitat Award, and a 2005- 2006 overall commendation award from ARCAsia.

WOHA also participates in professional and educational activities as both founding directors have served on public boards, committees and councils in Singapore, as well as lecturing and examining in universities. WOHA runs a gallery that hosts a programme of cultural events relating to architecture and design.

Wong has additionally held several public appointments including board member of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA), 1999-2005; panel member of the International Design Consultancy for the Waterfront at the Downtown at Marina Bay (URA); member of several Design Advisory Panels (URA) that include Marina Barrage, New Clifford Pier, Orchard Turn, Somerset and Somerset Central, Orchard Mall Enhancement Consultancy, Integrated Resort at Marina Bay and the Proposed Redevelopment of Overseas Union House and Change Alley Aerial Plaza at Collyer Quay and other future developments around Marina Bay.

He is also a REDAS Honorary Advisor (Architectural), 2005-2008, and was an external examiner for the Department of Architecture, School of Design and Environment at the National University of Singapore.
