Dave Bell 自1996年加入KesselsKramer后,便协助公司由创业时的小型规模迅速发展至现时拥有45名员工的国际知名传讯公司。身兼创作总监及合伙人的Bell,在KesselsKramer为多个国际级品牌炮制了不少令人难忘的作品,包括著名酒商Absolut Vodka、J&B、Diesel Jeans及其副线品牌55DSL、荷兰Hans Brinker Budget Hotel,多间citizenM酒店以及乐施会等。
KesselsKramer亦创作了一出荣获国际殊荣的纪录片《The Other Final》,此片叙述在2002年世界杯总决赛当日,全世界排名最低的队伍不丹及西班牙蒙塞拉特之间的足球赛事,以及其来龙去脉。
除了制作广告及电影作品外,KesselsKramer亦为自家品牌「do」,不囿于单一平台的局限,开展不同的类型的创作项目,而其出版公司KesselsKramer Publishing则编制富实验性的出版物,旨在开拓书籍媒介的可能性。
KesselsKramer的方向是广泛地涉猎不同的创意项目,源自这信念,公司更于伦敦创办了独特的KK Outlet──把传讯公司、艺术画廊及店铺集于一身,旨在推广其出品的书籍、产品、设计、概念等。

Dave Bell has helped KesselsKramer grow from a small start up into the world-renowned 45 person communications agency it is today. He is currently the creative director and partner at the agency which he joined in 1996. Since his arrival KesselsKramer has undertaken some of the best campaigns
for some of the biggest clients including Absolut Vodka, Diesel Jeans, 55DSL, the Hans Brinker Budget Hotel, citizenM hotels, Oxfam and J&B.
KesselsKramer has recently been responsible for the creation of ‘The Other Final’, the internationally
awarded documentary film which chronicled the build up and actual football match between the world’s
lowest-ranked teams Bhutan and magnificent Montserrat, which takes place on the same day as the World Cup Final.
As well as its advertising and film work, KesselsKramer develops projects for its own brand, ‘do’. Its
publishing arm, ‘KesselsKramer Publishing’, has been set up to test the boundaries of what books can do.
