中国设计名人堂成员 -- 叶铮

	masterpieces are supported by firm theoretic evidence. Design is not only a manner of art in his eyes, more importantly it is about how to carry out an idea success-fully . The process of construction is the key point. However, there is no operational guideline on this part at that time, it is Ye Zheng who made up the blank after a long term research. Finally a set of practical rules was worked out and further accepted and praised by the counterparts. We can take Ye Zheng to be the representative for his academic style, which is to take design as an academic subject to study and research.	Ye Zheng, the director of China Institute of Interior Design. As the vice professor of Shanghai Institute of Technology in the Art and Design College and the chief designer of Shanghai Hongye Interior Design Corporation, he is amongst the senior interior designers in China at the earliest time. Ye Zheng has won lots of prizes in the world professional competitions, till now it has been 24 prizes. Besides, his design works and academic articles were published frequentlyon professional medias domestic and overseas. Since his entry into design field in 1990s, Ye Zheng pays a lot of attention on theory and methodology. He keeps concentrating on research work in interior design field. He believes all	中国建筑学会室内设计学会理事，上海应用技术学院艺术设计系副教授，上海泓叶室内装饰有限公司总设计师，首批中国高级室内建筑师。至今已获国内外专业设计大赛奖项及荣誉共计二十四项，其著作多次在国内外专业媒体发表。自90年代进入设计行业，便长期注重室内设计领域的理论及方法探究，他一直将设计致力于一门严谨的学科在进行研究探索，认为一切好的设计都应以赋有逻辑的学术理论基础为依托。设计不仅是艺术形式的表现，更主要的是如何将创意完美的实现，而施工工艺在此起到至关重要的作用，但业内缺乏相应的规范法则，叶铮经过长期的摸索，总结出一套实用于行业内较为完整的实践理论，得到同行的认同和赞许。将设计作为严谨的学问来做，叶铮可称为行业内“学者型”设计师的代表人物。	叶铮 Ye Zheng
	设计箴言：我们所做的事情就是做好每天身边的事情，对于设计，更多时候把其作为一种学术的对象,非常的执着与认真地去研究。对事物审美的品格，长久的潜移默化会成为一个人的品格、一群人的品格、一个社会的品格，这就是设计的核心。不同的时代将有不同的美，不同的人群也有不同的美，设计师就是在创造美、缔造美的！我觉得设计师与教师一样，同样也是人类灵魂的工程师。
