意大利建筑师Filippo Gabbiani 和Andrea Destefanis 于1999 年创建的国际建筑事务所Kokaistudios。Filippo Gabbiani 毕业于意大利威尼斯大学，而Andrea Destefanis 也于2003 年从意大利威尼斯 IUAV 大学建筑学专业毕业。Kokaistudios 专业提供设计/ 咨询和项目管理服务，项目涵盖各类商业综合开发，酒店及住宅，历史建筑修复改造，室内设计及学术开发项目。2002 年，在香港和上海分别成立了常驻办事处。其间最重要的一个工程即是为上海外滩18 号楼市级历史保护建筑进行修复改造。近六年来，Kokaistudios 上海设计团队在国内成功地完成过百个设计项目，积累了丰富的操作经验。

Italian architects Filippo Gabbiani, graduate at Architecture University Institute of Venice IUAV (Venice Italy) , and Andrea Destefanis, graduated in Architecture at Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia, established Kokaistudios in 1999, which is an international architectural firm that offers design, consultancy and management services of architectural projects ranging from commercial mixed-use and hospi tal i t y developments,
renovation of historical buildings, interior decoration, and institutional development projects. In 2002 Kokaistudios established offices in Hong Kong and 2004 in Shanghai after being committed to restore and re-develop the prestigious Bund # 18 building on Shanghai's historic waterfront. Over the past 6 years the Kokaistudios Team in Shanghai has developed a wealth of experience by realizing more than 100 projects in China.
The latest projects Filippo Gabbiani and Andrea Destefanis participate in include architectural renovation for JYL Historical Restoration project (Shanghai, China) and architectural renovation and interior design for 756 Huaihai Road Project of RICHEMONT GROUP (Shanghai, China) etc.
