Richard Agon’s breadth of experience spanning over 40 years in hospitality industry is truly unique. His extensive years of experiences include senior management in varied hotel departments from rooms, food & beverage, sales and marketing to financial controls. His 12 years life in tertiary education brought numerous talents
to the industry.Relocating to Asia, Richard took the challenge of serving as owner’s representative for international conglomerates. He then found his own consultancy firm in 1996, and today is Chief Executive Officer and President of Agon Hotels and Resorts Ltd. He and his group offer innovative, end to end solutions to hotel investors, operators, and hoteliers in the areas of hotel pre-opening and on-going management, technical assistance, owner’s representative, consulting, recruitment, training and general sales.
