设计说明：本案是以小户型（合租青年公寓）为切入点进行设计在目前中国的房价体系里，年轻人买房压力大，而一般现在这个房产市场里买房的都是买小户型的，在小户型里营造大空间的设计手法已被常用，而裴雪派克产品的优点之一则是一体化，自动化为主，给人享受在烹饪过程的交流，不再以空间分割作为划定空间的手法，而是以功能以及情商去区分一个空间体系，打破交流与厨房操作的封闭模式，让忙活的空间得以解放，以及让小户型空间也能存在社交能力，本户型设计的重点在于分析主人以及租客的使用分流以及交集 以黑白为主要色调显得雅致且活跃

Description of this design: the entry point of this design is for small house( Sharing of youth apartment). At present's housing price systems, the young people are undering great presure and most of the people were bought small type house in this real estate market so using designing skill for building a big looking is usual.One of the advantages of PeiXue parker's products is automation and integration and it giving us a chance to communicate when enjoying the cooking process. It not use space division to designate the spare but use it's function and EQ to divide a space systems. It also break the closed mode between communication and kitchen operation for a release of a busy space and allow the small house having social contact ability. The emphasis of this design is analysing the host and tenant'using intersection. The color of it is mainly black and white because it is expressing the elegant and lively.
