随着社会经济的发展、人们生活水平的不断提高和科学技术的进步，作为人类生存基本需求之一的住宅，已逐步从解困、安居型向小康型、舒适型转变，住宅的设计理念突出“人性化”、“以人为本”，尽可能使人生活在一个安全、舒适、文明的空间。本设计更多地考虑实用、安全和卫生，为人们生活休闲娱乐提供足够的空间，满足基本炊事家务活动的需求。在厨房内，要进行食品、餐具的洗涤，食物的配切，搁置餐具，周转熟食，其最小空间尺度得到了相应的满足。大胆的运用黑白及亮色突出了本设计的质感美。本设计中提供了宽敞的空间给主人以待客休闲，做到用餐娱乐两不误，更着重体现出了厨房的社交性。
With the development of social economy, people's living standard is increasing and the progress of science and technology, the basic needs of human survival as one of the housing, has been gradually from the difficulties, housing type to a type, comfortable type of residential design concept, highlight the "humanization", "people-oriented", as far as possible to make people live in a safe, comfortable, civilized space. This design considering more practical, safety and health, to provide enough space for people entertainment and leisure life, meet the basic cooking household demand. In the kitchen, to food, washing utensils, food distribution, use of tableware, turnover of cooked food, the minimum spatial scale is corresponding to meet. Black and white and bright color with bold highlights the sense of beauty of the design. This design provides a broad space for the owner to hospitality, leisure, dining and entertainment to do two not mistake, more emphatically reflects social kitchen.
