对于中国人来讲,岛型工作台是最好作为的操作台,准备、调理每餐的食物,把所有的工作区都安排在一面墙上,通常在空间不大、走廊狭窄情况下采用。所有工作都在一条直线上完成,节省空间,游艇这一特殊环境下,空间的利用尤为重要,中间为餐桌和储物桌相结合成为“岛”的中心,烹饪,进餐,交流一切都可以围绕这一岛而展开,此作品便是我对于“社交厨房"的理解与呈现。(注:本方案中燃气灶使用的是斐雪派克含有五个燃烧器,包括炖、快速和两个锅烧嘴燃气炉灶面,材质为不锈钢拉丝)
