设计理念:
忙碌的生活和工作中,人们的生活观念也发生了很大的改变,追求放松、舒适的生活观念,在厨房选择上也会偏向于以功能性为主(更好的节省花在烹饪和清洁上的时间和精力,并减少不必要的肌肉和关节劳损),敞开,便于交谈的空间设计,以缓解生活的压力所带来的身心健康。
整个空间分为三个功能区;
01、厨房功能区,要考虑到整个烹饪的流程及更好的体现出操作的方便和节省时间,从动态流线可以划分为食物存取、烹饪、切、洗,操作更方便,减少关节和肌肉劳损,从而节省了不必要的时间。
02、吧台功能区以休闲,娱乐,交流为主要功能,可以享受不同的视觉和食觉给生活带来的不一样的氛围。
03、餐厅区域,可供多人同时用餐,交流。整个厨房空间设计以简单,时尚,功能性为主。
