 Government and VIPs attend German Day at the German Pavilion “creativegermany” German Day at the Shanghai International Creative Industry Week (SICIW) 2009

The logon team organized the German Day on October 20th. The day-time schedule consisted of a five person panel discussion headed by logon sociologist Pascal Hartmann to discuss The Development of Creative Industries in Shanghai. This event was followed by a lecture led by Gregor Hoheisel of Graft entitled From Product Design to Urban Planning. As the evening approached, over 300 VIP guests, local and international media arrived through the creativegermany entrance for the German gala party.

Official organizers and management of logon Ms. Wang Fang, Managing Director and Mr. Frank Krueger, Creative Director opened the evening around the topic of creativity. Speeches were delivered by Dr. Albrecht von der Heyden, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Shanghai, Mr. Lu Xiaodong, Deputy Mayor of Jing’An District of Shanghai, Prof. Wu Zhiqiang, Chief Planner for the Expo Park, Dean of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Shanghai Tongji University and Mr. He Zengqiang, General Secretary of Shanghai Creative Industry Center . Their speeches referred to what they believe creativity is.

The speeches delivered from the second level emphasized the history of the building’s unique central void, where steam once passed through the roof. Speeches were concluded as each VIP completed their own canvas calligraphy live on stage. The canvas was later hung on the outer wall of the building to complete the outdoor faade.

         logon罗昂于10月20日举办了德国日，当日logon罗昂的德国社会学分析家帕斯卡先生主持了以“海创意产业的发展前景”命题的五人小组讨论。随后Graft公司的Gregor Hoheisel先生就“从产品设计到城市规划”作了精彩演讲。 至傍晚时分，共有300余宾客、国内外媒体到场参加创意德国日酒会。

       logon罗昂官方组织者，logon管理层王芳女士（执行总裁）及柯复南先生（创意总监）以创意主题的精彩演讲启动了本次酒会。随后来自德国驻上海总领事馆的总领事海盾博士、上海市静安区副区长陆晓栋先生、上海世博园总规划师，上海同济大学建筑与城市规划学院院长吴志强教授、以及上海创意产业中心秘书长何增强先生围绕各自对创意的理解先后进行发言。

     贵宾演讲的区域是建筑的二层挑空区域，过去的蒸汽出气口构造，而这次作为演讲区域恰到好处。每位贵宾用现场书法的形式书写了他们心目中诠释创意的最佳词汇作为他们演讲的结束语，随后这些写有中国传统文字的画布被依次挂在德国馆的外墙上。

     夜幕降临后，宾客们享受着美酒与小食，细细品味三层的创意德国展览。创意周现已拉下帷幕，不久之后，德国馆和相邻的巴西馆别墅将迎来各自的新身份－静安区最新的时令餐厅、酒吧和咖啡屋。
