Jasmine M.Y. Tsoi was graduated from Berlage Institute of Rotterdam, & joined OMA Rotterdam & OMA Beijing. She has participated in China Central Television Headquarter Project, China National Museum Project during her stay in OMA. In 2006, together with young peers of the same vision, they found DOFFICE in Rotterdam.

Chris Lai is a Dutch Chinese with dual cultural backgrounds. He received a Master of Architecture with distinction from the University of Delft in the Netherlands and joined the internationally acclaimed architecture firm MVRDV. In 2006, together with young peers with the same ambition and vision, he co-founded DOFFICE in Rotterdam. After 30 years in The Netherlands, he decided to move to Shenzhen and since 2007, DOFFICE has been operating from this location.

Because of their multi-cultural experience, both partners try to approach their work from alternative perspectives, liberating their works from being trapped by clichés and dogmas.

Their works includes Amsterdam Buiksloterham Residential Community, Chengdu Creative Office Headquarters, Tanglang Metro Urban Complex, Research on Alternative Affordable Housing Strategies, various Shenzhen Urban Renewal Projects.
